Administrator
This is not your average admin role. You’ll join the operational heartbeat of our Taranaki branch — a key member of a collaborative, cross-functional admin team where every day brings variety. From project documentation and invoicing to client coordination and office management, you’ll be across it all.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations leaders, supporting both our project delivery and day-to-day branch operations. If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, loves ticking things off a list, and thrives in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.
About you:
You’re a capable, switched-on administrator who brings energy and ownership to everything you do. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of people, and taking initiative without being asked.
We need you to have:
▸ The right to work in New Zealand (this is a must)
▸ Experience in an administration or customer service role (industrial/infrastructure sector a bonus)
▸ Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
▸ Experience using Workbench and Acumatica would be advantageous
▸ Excellent time management and attention to detail
▸ A professional, warm communication style — on the phone, by email, and in person
▸ The ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy
▸ A team-first attitude with the confidence to back yourself when needed
▸ Familiarity with the Construction Contracts Act is desirable but not essential
