This project consumed 3000hours of labour and included electrical installation by JLE Hawera. Vats weighed approximately 1.5 tonne and had to be forklifted 4m up on to a mezzanine floor and then manually moved into position requiring walls to be removed and pipework modified. Vats were polished and inspected for sign off by Assure Quality to meet stringent food safety standards.
