Sanford Havelock AMO factory fe-fit

Sanford is a leading New Zealand company in aquaculture and is at the cutting edge of recent ex-citing processing and harvesting techniques. The South Island Havelock factory has been upgraded to dairy standard and completely revamped to incorporate new automated mussel opening technology. JLE worked with Sanford and the project team who had experience with the same process in other ventures the far north of New Zealand.

JLE was able to assist with critical design of Automation, Heating Ventilation and eventually secured the main electrical contract employing a team of over twenty for the project. Mobilising a team from New Plymouth, Tasman and Marlborough locals, JLE Tasman is proud to be working on-going with Sanford technicians in the maintenance and improvement of the plant.
