JLE was a major supplier of Instrumentation and Electrical construction services for the largest petrochemical development in New Zealand since the 1980’s. The project involved specialist pro-ject management, material supply, installation, testing and commissioning of instrumentation and electrical works for the Kupe Production Station Development in South Taranaki and the offshore wellhead platform.
This project has required careful planning and resourcing culminating in JLE supplying up to seventy skilled project staff, including industrial electricians, instrumentation technicians, hazardous area inspectors, electrical engineers and health and safety personnel. We also supplied a number of senior staff to assist the client’s commissioning team. JLE delivered 200,000 man hours on this project with zero LTI’s and MTI’s.
