Eltham Cheese Factory Upgrade

Installation of three new cheese-processing lines imported from overseas, and three lines relo-cated from other plants. This project required careful planning and execution to ensure the plant could continue operating while the project was completed.

At its peak JLE had 25 electrical staff employed on this project.

The work included transformer replacements, new sub mains, new switch boards, relocation of all IWS machinery and general electrical services upgrades. Electrical installation work for refrigeration equipment, controls, data cabling, and general power and lighting. JLE’s ongoing commitment to safety delivered a project with zero LTI’s and MTI’s.
