Our Quality and Safety
JLE is committed to the Health Safety and well being of our employees and our customers.
Much of JLE’s workload is in hazardous environments, such as Oil and Gas and Petrochemical facilities, mine sites and other process plants. This heritage has created a focus on safe work practices. We have worked with our customers to improve our performance together.
JLE is committed to providing a safe work environment for our Employees and Customers
To further improve our performance, JLE has implemented a Zero Harm program called ZERO. This is predominantly an intranet based Health & Safety Management System. Through this program we have gained Tertiary Accreditation under the ACC WSMP programme on our very first audit.Engagement of our workforce is critical in meeting our Safety objectives.
This is done through various methods including;
- Project and Company Level Inductions,
- Toolbox Meetings,
- Involvement in Hazard Identification such as JSA’s,
- Recognition and Reward schemes.
- JLE’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
JLE intends to work to becoming a Sustainable Business, and we are developing initiatives and intend to work with our customers to ensure our activities and operations have limited impact on the environment.
