At JLE Electrical we place a strong emphasis on achieving high standards of quality, health, and safety, working to rigourous quality systems and constantly reviewing and improving our safety standards.

We take action on the feedback we receive in order to continuously improve our performance, products and services.

Our goal is to consistently provide service and products in full, to specification and on time. We are fully committed to building, maintaining, improving and consistently using the necessary management systems to achieve the highest quality of service delivery.

Safety

JLE Electrical is currently working towards ISO 9001:2000 and to ACC’s Workplace Safety Management Programme (WSMP) for Health and Safety. All our employees and contractors are inducted into the JLE Electrical way and this includes ongoing safety, quality and technical training with access to qualified trainers in all our companies as well as regular toolbox meetings on site.

JLE Electrical recognises its responsibilities and the importance of providing a healthy and safe workplace, and is committed to the protection of its employees, contractors, subcontractors, volunteers, members of the public, property and the environment from harm or damage.

The Directors and Management of JLE Electrical subscribe to the following principles:

  • Operating and continuously assessing and improving its health and safety management system and procedures.
  • Maintaining compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation and internal requirements.
  • Implementing annual health and safety targets and objectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provision of accurate reporting, recording and investigation of workplace incidents and injuries.
  • Ensuring that designated health and safety responsibilities are included in performance reviews.
  • Team managers are responsible for health and safety in their teams.
  • Each employee diligently identifies, isolates and/or eliminates unsafe working conditions.
  • Ensuring the full participation of all employees in the implementation of these principles through training, regular meetings and involvement.
  • Providing access to health services, rehabilitation and work-based return to work programmes for injured employees.
